What is the Staff Skill Bank?

The UCSD Staff Skill Bank allows supervisors to search for participants who can:

• Fill an immediate and temporary need to meet campus system needs for core financial, payroll/personnel and other financial online systems requirements only.
• Perform financial and online system functions for a temporary period of six-months or less.

The Skill Bank also provides a web-based platform for career status, non-exempt, non-probationary, employees to express interest in overtime assignments. Employees must receive their home department’s approval to participate in the Staff Skill Bank.
